Do you work with agencies?

What languages can your agents speak?
Our agents work in English as standard, and multilingual builds are available. We've shipped a voice receptionist that answers in Romanian and switches to English mid-call. In multilingual builds an agent performs best in its primary language, so we agree that language at the start of the build.
