For a build or the Build Partner Retainer, yes. Both start from the AI Opportunity Audit's roadmap, so no build begins without clarity on what to build first and why. AI training is the exception: you can book the AI Training Programme straight from a discovery call, with no audit needed first.
What's the difference between a project and the retainer?
A Project-Based Build delivers one specific system with a post-launch warranty and no commitment beyond the project. The Build Partner Retainer builds your whole roadmap one system at a time, with unlimited maintenance, bi-weekly strategy calls and a priority build queue, on a 2-month minimum then month-to-month. Compare them.
What happens after a build is finished?
Every build comes with a post-launch warranty: 2 weeks for chat agents and automations, 30 days for voice agents. Bugs or unexpected behaviour found in that time are fixed at no extra cost. After that, support is optional, through a monthly support plan (Maintenance, Active Management or Growth Partner) or the Build Partner Retainer.
Can I cancel the retainer?
Yes. The Build Partner Retainer has a 2-month minimum, then runs month-to-month. After the minimum term you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. You can decide to continue or exit at the end of month two, once the first system is live.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The discovery call is free, lasts 30 minutes and comes with no commitment. There's no prep and no pitch deck. We review how your business runs, tell you where AI would and wouldn't pay off, and, if there's a fit, what the audit would cover and cost.
How are prices set?
Hyperloop AI doesn't publish prices. The AI Opportunity Audit and every build are scoped and priced on the discovery call, based on the size and complexity of the work, and you see the price before you commit. Running costs for platforms, AI models and telephony are billed by those providers, and we estimate them before a build.
Can I buy training without a build?
Yes. The AI Training Programme sits outside the build sequence. It can follow the audit, run alongside a build, come after it, or be booked on its own straight from a discovery call. A recorded course for an institute, for example, needs no build at all. More on AI training.
