AI Solutions
Everything we deliver, seen from three angles: the AI systems we build, the jobs those systems do in each part of your business, and how both apply in your industry. Start from whichever angle matches the problem in front of you.
How do systems, use cases and industries fit together?
Systems are what Hyperloop AI builds; use cases are the jobs they do; industries describe both in each industry's own words. One system serves many use cases, and one use case can run on more than one system. Speed-to-lead for a recruiter screens each applicant soon after they apply; for an estate agent, it calls back every portal enquiry within 2 minutes.
Which AI systems do we build?
Hyperloop AI builds five systems: AI chat agents and AI voice agents that hold conversations by text and phone, AI automations that run workflows without manual work, web development for the sites and portals those systems run through, and SEO, AEO & GEO so customers and AI assistants can find you.

Questions
Answer
What's the difference between an AI system and a use case?
An AI system is the thing Hyperloop AI builds, such as a voice agent, a chat agent or an automation. A use case is a job that system does, such as speed-to-lead, customer support or appointment setting. One chat agent can recommend products, answer support questions and book appointments, so one system often covers several use cases.
