AI Consulting
AI consulting for SMBs and service businesses that answers one question before any money goes into building: what should we build first? We go through how your operations actually run, then rank every AI opportunity by what it returns and what it takes to build. You get a sequence, not a list of ideas.

What is an AI Opportunity Audit?
An AI Opportunity Audit is a paid, structured analysis of your business that surfaces your 3–5 highest-leverage AI opportunities, ranks them by return and effort, and hands you a clear build sequence before you spend anything on building. It's scoped and priced on a free 30-minute discovery call, and it's how every engagement starts.
- Workflows mapped
- Bottlenecks found
- 3–5 opportunities ranked
A structured pass over your business
We map how work actually moves through your business: workflows, tools, team structure, bottlenecks and growth goals. That's where we learn where your time and money are leaking. Then we find the 3–5 opportunities worth building and rank them by ease of implementation, return potential and fit for your current stage.
What do you walk away with?
You walk away from the AI Opportunity Audit with five things: a business snapshot of how your operations run today, an AI opportunity map ranked by return, a build sequence, an effort-vs-impact matrix you can act on, and a recommended next step. It's delivered as a slide deck with a downloadable PDF summary.
- Deliverables
- Business snapshot · AI opportunity map · Build sequence · Effort-vs-impact matrix · Recommended next step
- Format
- Slide deck + downloadable PDF, async or on a live walkthrough call
- Your time

How does the audit work?
The AI Opportunity Audit runs in three steps. First we map how work moves through your business. Then we analyse what we found and pick the 3–5 highest-leverage AI opportunities. Finally we present a prioritised, actionable roadmap, with each initiative's impact and place in the build sequence spelled out.

We map how work actually moves
One 45–60-minute intake session covers your workflows, tools, team structure, bottlenecks and growth goals. You don't need to prepare anything. This is where we learn where your time and money are leaking.
What happens after the audit?
After the AI Opportunity Audit you choose how to build. A Project-Based Build delivers one system from the roadmap with a post-launch warranty and no ongoing commitment. The Build Partner Retainer builds the whole roadmap one system at a time, with maintenance and strategy calls included. Or you stop there, with the roadmap in hand.
| Project-Based Build | Build Partner Retainer | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | One specific system | Several initiatives and ongoing growth |
| Commitment | The project only | 2-month minimum, then month-to-month (30 days' notice) |
| Maintenance | Optional, via a monthly support plan | Unlimited, for everything we've built |
| Strategy | Scoped to the project | Bi-weekly strategy calls |
| Build queue | Standard | Priority |
Who is the audit for?
The AI Opportunity Audit is for SMBs and service businesses that are ready to adopt AI but unsure where to start, or unsure what's actually worth building. If AI has been on your list for months and every tool claims to do the same thing, the audit gives you a ranked answer before you commit to a build.

Answer
How much does an AI audit cost?
The AI Opportunity Audit is paid, and its price depends on the size and complexity of your business. It's scoped and priced on a free 30-minute discovery call, so you know exactly what the audit covers and what it costs before you commit to anything. There are no published prices.
How long does the audit take?
Your part of the AI Opportunity Audit is one 45–60-minute intake session. After that, we do the analysis and present the roadmap as a slide deck with a downloadable PDF, either async or on a live walkthrough call. The delivery timeline is agreed when the audit is scoped on the discovery call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. You don't need to prepare anything for the discovery call or the audit's intake session. Just show up. We ask about your workflows, tools, team, bottlenecks and goals, and we do the mapping and analysis from there.
What if the audit finds AI isn't worth it for us?
Then you'll hear that early. The free discovery call already tells you where AI would pay off and where it wouldn't, before any audit is scoped. If there's no fit, we say so on the call. The audit itself ranks opportunities by return, so weak ones drop down the list or off it.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. You're not tied in beyond the phase you've agreed to. The roadmap is yours, and you can build from it with us through a Project-Based Build or the Build Partner Retainer, build it yourself, or pause. Each phase has to earn the next.
What does the roadmap include?
The roadmap includes your 3–5 highest-leverage AI opportunities, ranked by return against effort, with a recommended build order. For each initiative it covers what it is, what it replaces or improves, its estimated impact and where it sits in the sequence, plus an effort-vs-impact matrix and a recommended next step.
