AI Operations
AI operations keeps your systems earning after launch. We watch what's live, fix what breaks, update systems when the tools underneath change, and build the next system once the first one is earning its keep. An automation nobody watches is an automation that fails quietly.

Is AI Operations optional?
Yes, AI Operations is optional. Every Hyperloop AI build comes with a post-launch warranty: 2 weeks for chat agents and automations, 30 days for voice agents. After that, you choose whether to add ongoing support through a monthly support plan (Maintenance, Active Management or Growth Partner) or the Build Partner Retainer, or to run the system yourself.
What's included?
AI Operations covers three things: monitoring and support for systems in production, fixes and updates when something breaks or the tools underneath change, and roadmap reviews that measure what each system returned and re-rank what to build next. Exactly how much of each you get depends on the support plan or retainer you choose.

Watched in production
Systems on a support plan or retainer are monitored in production. You get direct access to us for questions, reviews and fast decisions, plus regular reporting, so you always know how your systems are performing.
Which systems do we run and support?
Support plans are defined for the three systems we build most. Each plan's details differ slightly by system.

How does the improvement loop work?
The improvement loop has four steps. The ranked roadmap says what to build. The system is built into your existing stack. It runs and is improved while live. Then, once it's earning its keep, the next system on the roadmap is built. Each month builds on the last: your AI stack grows, your team adapts and the return compounds.

The roadmap from the AI Opportunity Audit ranks every opportunity by return against effort. It's the plan the loop runs on.
Which support plan fits?
Hyperloop AI offers three monthly support plans after the warranty. Maintenance covers bug fixes, monitoring and minor tweaks. Active Management adds a monthly performance review and ongoing refinement. Growth Partner adds proactive optimisation, A/B prompt testing and priority support. Each plan's details differ slightly by system, as the table shows.

Frequently asked questions
Questions
Answer
What happens when the warranty ends?
When the post-launch warranty ends (2 weeks for chat agents and automations, 30 days for voice agents), the system keeps running as built and is yours. From then on, support is your choice: a monthly support plan (Maintenance, Active Management or Growth Partner), the Build Partner Retainer, or running it yourself with the handover documentation.
What if a tool like Make.com or VAPI changes?
Tools change, and an automation nobody updates eventually breaks quietly. On a support plan or the Build Partner Retainer, we update your system when the tools underneath change, so nothing is left to break silently. Without a plan, changes like these are scoped as new work when you need them.
How fast do you respond to problems?
On the Build Partner Retainer you get direct access to us via ClickUp during a dedicated 2-hour daily window, for questions, reviews and fast decisions. The Growth Partner support plan includes priority support. During the warranty, bugs found after go-live are fixed at no extra cost.
Can we pause or cancel?
Support plans are monthly and optional, so you choose whether to continue. The Build Partner Retainer has a 2-month minimum, then runs month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time after the minimum with 30 days' notice. Either way, you keep everything we've built.
Do we get reports?
Yes. Systems on a support plan or retainer come with regular reporting, so you know how they're performing. On the Build Partner Retainer, performance reports and project updates arrive weekly or monthly, on the cadence you agree. Active Management and Growth Partner plans add a monthly performance review call.
