Every build comes from the roadmap, ships to production rather than stopping at a pilot, and is covered by a post-launch warranty. Project-Based Build vs Build Partner Retainer
There are two ways to build with Hyperloop AI. A Project-Based Build delivers one specific system with a warranty and no commitment beyond the project. The Build Partner Retainer builds your roadmap one system a month, with unlimited maintenance, strategy calls and a priority build queue. Both start from an AI Opportunity Audit roadmap.

If your roadmap has several initiatives, the retainer is usually the better fit: you don't re-onboard for each build.
What warranty comes with a build?
Every Hyperloop AI build comes with a post-launch warranty: 2 weeks for chat agents and automations, 30 days for voice agents. Bugs or unexpected behaviour found after go-live are fixed at no extra cost in that time. After the warranty, support is optional: a monthly support plan or the Build Partner Retainer.

How long does it take to build an AI agent or automation?
Simple automations ship in days. Multi-system builds usually take a few weeks from kickoff to production. AI chat agents typically take 3–4 weeks from kickoff to go-live, and Meta channels such as WhatsApp can add time for business verification. Every build starts from a roadmap, so you know the timeline before work begins.
Do you build on our existing CRM?
Yes. Hyperloop AI builds into the CRM and tools your team already uses rather than alongside them, including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Odoo, Airtable and any CRM with API or webhook access. Every lead, call and conversation lands in the record your team already works from.
What if we don't have a CRM?
Then we set one up first. Automations and agents need somewhere to write leads, scores and conversations, so if you don't have a CRM yet, setting one up becomes the first step of the build, scoped with you before work starts.
Who owns what you build?
You do. You own everything we build: the workflows, the agents and the documentation we hand over. There are no ongoing licence fees to us and no lock-in. Platform, AI model and telephony costs are billed to you directly by those providers, and we estimate them before the build.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
During the post-launch warranty (2 weeks for chat agents and automations, 30 days for voice agents), bugs and unexpected behaviour are fixed at no extra cost. After that, a monthly support plan or the Build Partner Retainer covers fixes, monitoring and updates when the tools underneath change. See AI operations.

Should we do one project or the retainer?
If you have one specific system to build, a Project-Based Build is the simpler choice: no commitment beyond the project. If your roadmap has several initiatives, the Build Partner Retainer usually fits better: one system at a time, every month, with maintenance and strategy included and no re-onboarding between builds.
