White-label

White-label is when a product or service is built by one company and sold under another company's brand. The client deals only with the brand they know, while the builder works behind the scenes. For AI and marketing agencies, it's a way to offer AI agents and automations without hiring a development team.

How does white-label delivery work?

White-label delivery works as a partnership between an agency and a builder. The agency brings the project and owns the client relationship. The builder designs and builds the system behind the scenes, to the agency's brief and under the agency's name, and the agency presents it as its own. Confidentiality terms usually cover the arrangement.

Why does white-label matter for an agency?

White-label matters for an agency because clients ask for AI, and building voice agents, chat agents and automations well takes specialist skills. A white-label partner lets the agency say yes, keep the client relationship and add a new service, without the cost and delay of building an in-house development team first.
